Our growing list of IV Therapy includes, but is not limited to the following:
B12, Vitamin D, Zofran, Ketorlac, Magnesium, Biotin, & more!
Vitamin C is a powerful water soluble vitamin and antioxidant that helps with many of your bodies processes. Mainly, it acts as an enzyme needed for protein metabolism that helps improve your immune system health and aids in iron absorption.
Vitamin C has also shown to lower the risk of cancer such as, mouth, esophagus, stomach, and breast.
It is needed for nerve tissue health, brain function, and the production of red blood cells.
Vitamin B-12 is crucial to the normal function of the brain and the nervous system. It is also involved in the formation of red blood cells and helps to create and regulate DNA.
The metabolism of every cell in the body depends on vitamin B-12, as it plays a part in the synthesis of fatty acids and energy production. Vitamin B-12 enables the release of energy by helping the human body absorb folic acid.
The human body produces millions of red blood cells every minute. These cells cannot multiply properly without vitamin B-12. The production of red blood cells reduces if vitamin B-12 levels are too low. Anemia can occur if the red blood cell count drops.
Biotin helps turn food into energy, synthesize glucose and break down fatty acids . This vitamin is great for maintaining healthy bones and hair.
Thiamin (B1)- Aids in converting food into energy. It is vital for healthy skin, hair, muscles, and brain.
Riboflavin (B2)- Important for healthy skin, hair, blood, and brain.
Niacin (Nicotonic acid/B3)- Needed for energy. Helps maintain healthy skin, blood cells, brain, and nervous system.
Pantothenic Acid (B5)- Important to make fats, neurotransmitters, steroid hormones, and hemoglobin.
Pyridoxine (B6)- Vital for the creation of neurotransmitters. Studies have linked a deficiency with cognitive decline and dementia.
Folate (B9)- Aids in the creation of blood cells, helps convert carbohydrates into energy, and produce DNA/RNA. Low folate has been linked with depression and other issues.
Found in bones; needed for making protein, muscle contraction, nerve transmission, immune system health
Magnesium has also been found to help promote sleep and aid to lower chronic pain
ADD ON DESCRIPTIONS
Ketorolac is used to relieve moderately severe pain, usually pain that occurs after an operation or other painful procedure. It belongs to the group of medicines called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Ketorolac is not a narcotic and is not habit-forming. It will not cause physical or mental dependence
Ondansetron is used to prevent nausea and vomiting. Ondansetron is in a class of medications called serotonin 5-HT3 receptor antagonists. It works by blocking the action of serotonin, a natural substance that may cause nausea and vomiting.
